If you were a cheese which one would you be?

According to  Tal Dekel-Daks from Departures Magazine, my zodiac sign as a cheese is classified as a "Sharp Gruyère studded with tyrosine crystals.  A salty and savory taste with an unexpected crunch to keep you on your toes." And... I agree!

Do you have any advice when making charcuterie?

Relax, have fun and fermented grape juice is always a viable option to assist with the process or to celebrate the completion. Oh, and you don’t always have to choose the Ritz (I’m not talking about the hotel...wink wink).

Sweet, spicy, salty or savory?

Savory

 

Why do you sage your boxes?

Energy transfers. I only assemble the boxes when there's a positive vibration.

Everything from Nirvana to praise to explicit content.
